Mr. Dow founded and served as executive director of CAP Tulsa from 1992 to 2019. CAP Tulsa embraces a two-generation anti-poverty strategy which focuses on providing high-quality early childhood education coupled with comprehensive family support services.

Mr. Dow joined the ABC Board if Directors in 2015. He works closely with the staff on financial strategy, hiring, and more.

Dow has a J.D. from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University. Beyond his work at ABC, over the years, he has served on numerous boards of critical organizations like Reach Out and Read, Center for Financial Services Innovation, Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Avodah: The Jewish Service Corps, KIPP, Teach for America, Tulsa Legacy Charter School, and Tulsa Housing Authority.
